  6. Rating (Risk Score)
    An internal risk assessment of each procedure conducted by Brickfy based on the scale of Standard & Poors (from AAA - the most secure - to D - the highest-risk)

Brickfy Buyback Guarantee

In Brickfy, the loan level of the repurchase guarantee (operation to operation) is symbolized by a blue shield in the loan list as shown in the corresponding section.

The Buyback is always contingent on the Deal Partner or Loan Originator and, unless otherwise stated, it enters into play 60 days from default and covers all the due capital and interest (Buyback Total).
