Two skills, One Philosophy
Vincent Sillègue, a skilled computer engineer, was the founder of an IT services company whose IPO he led before chairing a financial consulting firm's destiny. Specializing in real estate growth for several years, he created Mixcité Promotion in 2010, then held the position of the Vice-President of the Fédération des Promoteurs Immobiliers in the period 2015-2018. He is currently leading REIT's Alternative Financing and Basel IV negotiating working group. It manages the creation of more than 100 housing units per year, from initial project management and site supervision to marketing.
Philippe Sénéchal, a professional chartered accountant, was Head of Mission and then Manager of Deloitte&Touche, Manager and Partner at Progestion, and had time to found and lead the E&S Audit and Chartered Accountant Group. He is a leading expert in real estate, social housing, and 1% housing, and has been an advisor to the Ministry of Housing.
Together, in the sphere of the housing crisis in France, frequently prohibitive due to a cruel shortage of new housing and rental rates in major cities, they share a spirit of creativity expressed around the same philosophy: introducing a new funding scheme for real estate projects.
A Fresh Venture Combining Financial and Real Estate Knowledge
Koregraf explicitly ties a saver to a real estate project, without intermediaries or managers.
Koregraf supports the investor in his investment project through his financial circuit mastery combined with real estate development expertise. The investor selects a Koregraf-platform-presented real estate project, then chooses an investment volume.
A true co-constructor with other contributors, when the operation is a success, it benefits from a variable profitability of 7-10% anually. No fees are charged to investors, Koregraf is paid up to 10 percent of the promoter's raised funds.
It should be highlighted that investing in real estate projects entails risks that should be known: the risk of complete or partial loss of capital invested, the risk of illiquidity, and the project's operating risk that may result in lower than expected return.
