Review: Reinvest24

ReInvest24 represents a relatively new platform. And with just a handful of ReInvest24 feedback and support from multiple parties out there, we decided to test the platform. Therefore, the sole purpose of this ReInvest24 review is to assess whether the platform makes a good choice for investing in P2P real estate, and how it compares with other crowdfunding platforms for real estate.

You will obtain knowledge from our tests conducted on the platform in this ReInvest24 analysis before you decide whether you should use it yourself. But we can already tell you now that you are in for a treat with this site.

What exactly is ReInvest24?

ReInvest24 is an investment platform for real estate. The company was founded in 2017, and launched its platform in 2018. Although it is a relatively new company, the team behind it has hands-on experience in the real estate sector going back to 2005.

The platform itself makes investment in real estate-oriented projects very simple. You'll find various types of investment chances on the platform:


Platform investments have a minimum requirement of €100. Compared to other P2P lending sites, this may sound like a lot to investors. But since there are just a few projects on the platform, but very carefully selected, it really makes a lot of sense.

What rate of return can you expect?

Because auto-investing is not an option, your return depends on which projects you choose to invest in. On average, ReInvest24's return is 14.60%.

When selecting a project on the platform it's very easy to find out what your return will be. Clicking on a specific project allows you to enter what amount of Euro you want to spend. You can then easily see an estimation of how much you would stand to gain from the investment in question:


ReInvest24, however, can make it clearer how much the revenue you can expect would be. If you're not very good at math you won't have to find a calculator to put the numbers together.

Who can invest via ReInvest24?

In ReInvest24's FAQ it is reported that everyone can invest on their platform if they are older than 18 years and their active legal capacity is not limited. In fact, a KYC check in order to start investing on the platform is mandatory, too.

Getting checked by KYC is as easy as sending a passport picture. You should be checked from there within 24 hours.

If you meet these requirements you can easily become an investor in ReInvest24. Just follow these steps:

  • Invest your money

Is ReInvest24 secure?

A platform's security is always one of the most important aspects for investors. As in our other reviews, in this ReInvest24 review we also took a look at the platform's security.

We assume you have done enough to protect yourself as an investor. But if you are considering investing via ReInvest24, we strongly recommend watching the video on their YouTube channel.

How we opted for investment

With a minimum investment of €100 we decided to test the platform. We picked the project which offered the highest return on investment at the time. The property we finished buying was this land plot with cash flow and a buyout signed:


This investment project's return on shares is estimated at an annual return of 12.28 percent. Of course we will let you know how the investment is progressing.

The project information provided was comprehensive, and it was easy to buy shares. As you can see on the picture below, there is also a high degree of transparency about what you pay for when you participate in a project:


We ended up with 98 land plot shares with cash flow and a negotiated buyout, thanks to transaction costs.

Conclusion of our study on ReInvest24

One might believe ReInvest24 is a new platform that doesn't have the same amount of investors as Mintos, for example. They do have a really good and user-friendly platform, despite this.

In the case of ReInvest24, the fact that there are not many projects on the site is not a bad thing. This has ensured project quality is top-notch. However, it has the drawback that if you have 100,000 euros you want invested, it's hard to get onto the network and become properly diversified. Here it will be a good idea to use ReInvest24 in conjunction with other ReInvest24 alternatives, such as EstateGuru, Crowdestor, Bulkestate and Crowdestate. But ReInvest24 itself is a very strong and an obvious choice for ordinary retail investors with a smaller investment portfolio.

We are optimistic about the platform and look forward to seeing how the ReInvest24 development continues in the coming months and years, but also our own progress on the platform.
